We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. As a Technical Recruiter specializing in cybersecurity, you will play a crucial role in building our team of skilled professionals to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, with a primary focus on identifying top talent in the cybersecurity field.

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, with a focus on cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with prior experience recruiting for roles such as security analysts, ethical hackers, penetration testers, and security engineers.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with passive candidates in the cybersecurity field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Agency recruitment experience or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role.
