Who You Are

We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team at Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd., operating under the Critical Start umbrella for our India operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting marketing initiatives. You excel at project coordination, event logistics, and marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events. What You Will Be Doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
  • Set up and manage SFDC and Marketo campaigns to support event and campaign initiatives.
  • Write and schedule recruitment and follow-up emails in Marketo to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Track event and campaign deliverables using Asana, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Research and coordinate venues, vendors, and conference sponsorships.
  • Manage swag inventory and fulfillment through Northpoint (vendor).
  • Process invoices, track event expenses, and maintain budget documentation.
  • Scrub, format, and upload lead lists into SFDC for campaign tracking.
  • Gather and report key success metrics (registrations, attendance, engagement, etc.).
  • Update weekly sales and marketing newsletters with relevant event and campaign updates.
  • Support partner event planning and communication.
  • Assist with internal campaign tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain marketing calendars with current activities.

Performance Metrics:

  • Project Timeliness: Ensure event and campaign tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Event & Campaign Effectiveness: Track success metrics and contribute insights for optimization.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Support expense tracking and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the Manager, Channel & Field Marketing.
  • Collaborates closely with teams including Channel & Field Marketing, Corporate Events, Marketing Operations, and Sales.

What You Will Bring?

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation software, and project management platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience with SFDC, Marketo, and Asana.
  • Familiarity with B2B technology marketing is a plus.
