Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative, curious, and performance-driven Demand Generation Manager who can turn insights into bold ideas—and bold ideas into measurable pipeline. In this role, you will concept, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that stand out, generate demand, and help the sales team start more conversations with the right buyers.

This role is well-suited for an individual who enjoys blending creativity with data, works with a sense of urgency, embraces experimentation, and uses AI to scale impact. You will own outcomes, influence revenue, and have opportunities to grow as we continue building our demand engine.

What You Will Be Doing?

Build Bold, High-Impact Campaigns

  • Develop concepts, hooks, and campaigns across social, email, paid, and web.
  • Create compelling short-form and long-form content for multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with design partners on visuals, video, and digital experiences.

Own Full-Funnel Demand Generation

  • Launch and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, MQLs, SALs, and opportunities.
  • Execute across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and nurture programs.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure a seamless handoff and strong conversion.

Use Insights to Inform Creativity + Revenue Impact

  • Apply intent data, audience signals, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Identify creative opportunities to expand reach, deepen engagement, and accelerate pipeline.
  • Surface insights and recommend what to scale, pause, or test next.

Use AI to Increase Velocity and Scale

  • Leverage AI for ideation, content creation, optimization, and experimentation.
  • Test AI-driven variations to improve efficiency and accelerate campaign execution.

Optimize Paid + Organic Channels

  • Support and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, search ads, retargeting, and paid social.
  • Maintain cohesive messaging and creative alignment across all channels.
  • Continuously experiment to improve CTR, engagement, conversion, and influenced pipeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration + GTM Alignment

  • Partner with brand, product, field marketing, RevOps, and sales teams to translate GTM priorities into impactful campaigns.
  • Share insights and performance trends to inform pipeline strategy, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure all teams stay aligned on plans, timelines, goals, and expected outcomes.

What You Will Bring?

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or creative marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in a people management role. 
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate messages into standout social posts, ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns end to end.
  • Strong writing skills across formats and channels.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, or creators to deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, writing, content production, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Marketo (or similar), 6sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, web analytics, and creative tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Proactive problem-solver who contributes ideas independently.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and high-ambiguity environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience within growth marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS, B2B technology, or cybersecurity organizations.
  • Exposure to ABM or intent-based programs.
  • Experience engaging in community channels (e.g., Reddit, Discord, Slack groups).

  • Launching bold, high-impact campaigns that drive measurable engagement, meetings, and qualified pipeline.
  • Consistently contributing creative ideas and executing them with speed and precision.
  • Improving key metrics such as MQL volume, SAL conversion, cost per opportunity, and opportunity yield.
  • Increasing engagement and pipeline from target ICPs and top-tier account lists through ABM initiatives.
  • Using AI to meaningfully enhance campaign velocity, content quality, and output.
  • Delivering cohesive, modern storytelling across paid and organic channels.
  • Helping sales generate more conversations with the right buyers and accelerating revenue impact.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (sales roles only). 

 

Compensation:  

The total compensation range (base) being offered for this role is [$105,000 - $135,000 USD]. 

 

Additional Compensation:  

This role is eligible for the following:performance-based bonus compensation.
